Shipping Coverage


We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipping to PO boxes is available for lacing straps; for boots and flats, we deliver to physical addresses only to ensure safe handling.

All footwear is shipped with shoe inserts to maintain shape and prevent deformation; lacing straps are packed in dust-proof sleeves to avoid fraying or tangling during transit.

Order Tracking


  • After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number, shipping method details, and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
  • For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Lacing Strap Length Adjustment Completed", "Retro Boot Color Matching Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
  • You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
  • If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Shipping Notes


  • Leather retro boots are treated with a protective coating before shipping to prevent water damage; lacing straps are inspected for buckle functionality to ensure they work properly.
  • Please inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing for delivery; if the shoe box is crushed or the strap packaging is torn, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging, and contact us immediately to initiate a replacement.
  • During U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Halloween) and peak vintage fashion seasons, shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 business days, subject to courier notifications. We recommend placing holiday orders in advance.
